I am a person who loves playing with different ingredients & carving them into a lip smacking yet a healthy dish! My hobby of experimenting on ingredients made me pursue my graduation in Food Science & Nutrition. During the 3 years of graduation I realized that food can do more lot to our body than just providing satiety & satisfaction. I went on building up interest in area of clinical nutrition & so pursued masters in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics from the most renowned SNDT women’s University.

I have also interned at King Edward Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, where I've counselled patients with cardiac conditions, diabetes, kidney dysfunctions, tuberculosis etc. and at Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel Mumbai I've got hands on experience in dealing with nutrition for cancer patients. Presently I am working with Dr.Janak Nathan (Neurologist) where I work in nutrition consultation for Para-supra nuclear palsy, alzheimer’s, multiple sclerosis, autism. I also plan Ketogenic diets for epileptic & cancer patients. I strongly believe that “Nutrition begins right in womb & continues till the tomb”

Being a dietitian I do not want to restrict my clients only to the calories proteins & carbohydrates of any food but in an enjoyable way guide them how to cherish & enjoy the experience of healthy eating.

I look forward for the overall development of an individual by first learning his lifestyle, eating pattern & then designing a customized meal plan which fits in their routine.
